can someone fix this ?

This is the only picture of my dad when he was young. There is a spot on his nose. Can it be removed. I would really appreciate if someone would give it a try. I have PS program but{{!gwi}} don't really understand it.

Follow the link to the forum, those guys are always helpful. You have to create an account to post pictures there, but its free and there is no spam. It is a great site.

Programs like the one you are trying to remove are fake antivirus that mess up your computer after installation. This typically happens from visiting a sketchy site: a fake message pops-up saying that your computer is infected and it can be cleaned up if you just install Product X. If you do that, you're giving permission for malware to be installed on your computer. I suspect that this may have happened when your son was using UTorrent. You should have a talk with him and anyone else that uses your computer to make sure there's no more clicking on stuff like this in the future, or visiting of dubious sites.

Toilet leaking at wax seal. What can I do until I can get it fixed?

Hi again. The leaking toilet is from the late 50's by Richmond. The two closet bolts that are missing are located at the rear of the toilet. Are there replacement bolts for a toilet this old? The other two bolts look original. I cannot understand why that plumber I hired six months ago didn't replace the missing bolts and didn't fix the movement in the toilet. Shouldn't he have addressed these issues when he was here, since I told him about them? When a plumber comes to fix the currently leaking wax seal, what if he finds that the wood structure underneath is wet or rotted? There could have been a small leak that I didn't know about. Is it the plumber's job to replace rotted wood, or does that require hiring a builder/carpenter? If the wood is only damp, then can the plumber go ahead and replace the wax seal and set the toilet that same day without waiting for the wood to dry? If there is damage/rot to the wood, how long does a repair like this usually take to fix? I only have one toilet in this house. Thank you for any help.

Plants from other families can be used in design classes, dish gardens, terrariums to compliment AVs. After the judging is done - the winners will be moved to the Honor Row. The commercial exhibitors have special classes - display tables - can be horticultural only or include a design. Can be AVs only - or they can include gesneriads. I saw designers using cut flowers - baby breath for an example - in the arrangements - but the focal point of the design is an AV or AV blossoms.

Thanx Joe, went to that site but didn't see a forum that could help me, so I'm still hoping someone here will help. I know people have asked for retouches of pitures here before and someone fixed it for them. Please...

The photo you posted is only 72 kb. It needs to be sent at the largest size that you can possibly scan it, up to 4 mp would be nice but even 1 mp would be great.

It needs to be zoomed in to do reconstructive work, and at only 72 kb, it is too grainy. Could you post it larger?
