I'm posting some pictures from a trip this week to Vancouver visiting my daughter, starting with mountains.

Mount Robson is the highest in the Canadian Rockies, towering 12,972 feet (3954 m)

Hi Tanie, Those grow leds give a reddish purple light not nice for your living room, but great for your plants. It looks like they are not that bright but our eyes are not so sensitive for those colors. My suggestion is to combine some grow lights with one (or more) white led to make the light more nice for the human eye. I build the grow light myself so I can tune the ratio of blue to red, blue is more for growing and red for flowering. The days are short at the moment and some are cloudy so 12-> 14 hours artificial light is a great help for your plants to stay healthy. And yes I have been hiking in your neighborhood. Up Ha ling peak, Mt Rundlle, and peaks in the Kananaskis, Banf, Jasper , Yoho, Kootenay, Glacier (Rogers Pass) and Robson park, made even the hike up to Berglake (about 40km up and back) in one day, I did only day hikes. Tequila Sunrise and Pretty-N-Pink are maybe in the process of being registered. Still Ten English pounds is a lot of moular to some (and me). Tequila Sunrise is lovely. Pretty-N-Pink has a minor fault only visible to Tolumnia purists. Had a look at Orchidom previously and was impressed. Closer to home and you do not have to worry so much about the guardians of the gates. You might have to be careful with Ã¢ÂÂclonesÃ¢ÂÂ, are they talking about Mericlones which are usually more expensive than seedlings. The other big advantage is growing conditions. The Caribbean is probably Tolumnia Heaven. Three clones of Tolu. Alyshia showing the variation you sometimes get from the one compot of seedlings which in this case means produced from seed. The crossing is Shannon Elizabeth x Sizzler. Sizzler was registered by Robert Perreira. Tracking the ancestors of a cross will usually find an ancestor registered by Perreira or Moir. I added All About Me! by Mel Brooks to the game thread a while back, and thought it might be a good read. I’m on page 130 of 806(!) and finding it really rather dull. I checked out I Have Some Questions for You by Rebecca Makkai. It’s supposed to be a gripping murder mystery. The main character is a podcaster in LA and she returns to her New England boarding school to teach a winter mini-mester, where she and others from her class find new evidence that the wrong man is in prison for the murder of a classmate. I read about five chapters of her moaning on about being the kid who didn’t fit in and remembering her time at the school. Not very gripping in my opinion, so I returned it. I’m also trying the first book in a series by James Patterson and Mike Lupica, but it hasn’t really grabbed my interest yet, either. Donna

There are tons of pictures one could take when the whether
cooperates,....and it did, but unfortunately we couldn't stop
too many times, due to time limit.

Wonderful photos!! Makes me want to start hiking again. Many places in the Washington Cascades look like that. Clear mountain lakes and streams.

These are really beautiful. I love the driftwood and fireweed in the foreground of the last one, but they're all beautiful! Reminds me of Glacier/Waterton Park.
