Most of the 32 roses in my garden are zone 5 or lower with just a few zone 6. This is in Western NY along the Niagara river near Niagara Falls. The temps have been frigid single digit with high winds. Some days it it 25-30 miles an hours sustained for hours. The garden is 11 years old and this is the harshest winter yet. All the roses are own root. It will be interesting as to how they all do. Every time I shovel snow I heap it on the roses. What canes poke out are black. There will be heavy pruning this spring when ever it gets here. I usually do some pruning the start of April. This year I may wait till I see fat leaf buds ready to sprout. The snow is a great blessing as I keep telling myself as I clear another 2ft drift, lol We will all have to add an extra load of TLC this spring.

I have two of them and have never had problems...with anything. I have one that has the perforated holes, and another that is what's called a "tile-in" version: Complaints about the drain not draining fast enough may mean there is some problem with the drain pipe itself, not the drain, because the area of the drain holes or slots in a linear drain typically add up to a lot more than that of a standard drain. Someone who had rusting may have purchased a cheap, non-brandname item. When I was shopping for drains, I found a range of prices from about $100 to $600 for the same size drain. I settled on a mid-range price -- under $300 -- from a well-regarded company: Luxe drains The best prices I have found for this brand are, surprisingly, at HomeDepot.

I love your countertop slabs, they are stunning. Based on all the criticism I looked at your layout and I see a lot of positives. You have a sink for cleanup near the dishwasher drawers and stove, and a second sink for prep work. That sink is not far from the fridge, so you can grab an armload of produce and get right to work ... and as you work the kids who just want a drink or snack from the fridge can get it without coming into the work L. This isn't a studio apartment, it is meant to work for a large family and so yeah, you may need to take 2-3 more steps to get around but that is somewhat unavoidable. For lights ... maybe something like this if you want something bold that isn't adding a lot of color: Huddardton Forge Erlenmeyer Flask Pendant Just a thought. Congrats on the new house. Don't worry about the people here who enjoy shooting arrows of doubt and dismay without offering to help identify ways to improve things. Some people naturally look for flaws and love to point them out (instead of asking why something was designed this way vs that way). It can't be a fun way to live life.

Change the filter immediately if: https://www.centralacwarehouse.com/ The filter is damaged. Whether it happened inside the packaging or while being installed, a damaged filter that has bent fins, collapsed cells or holes will not work as well as an undamaged filter, especially if it allows system air to bypass the filter at any point. The filter is damp. A filter affected by moisture intrusion, system condensation, or even high indoor humidity can quickly become moldy and spread airborne mold spores throughout the home via the ventilation system. There is evidence of microbial growth or mold on the filter. Mold spores already infiltrating the home via the HVAC system are not only bad for the unit itself, but they can pose a health hazard for the family, ranging from an irritated respiratory system to a serious allergic reaction. The musty smell produced by a moldy HVAC filter is also unpleasant and may take a while to completely eradicate from inside the home. If you discover that you have moldy air filter, it’s important to have the cause investigated further.
