I agree that a decision should not be based on that alone, however it is what it is, and should not be completely discounted. There are only a handful (no more than a dozen on the list that I saw) of the hundreds if not thousands of companies nationwide that were singled out by the FTC. The actions must be pretty egregious to warrant such a response, and it raises an eyebrow at the very least. I believe that several of the other companies on that list are now out of business. Often times there may not be one big hairy issue that indicates the way a company does business, but an array of smaller things that can fly under the radar can often establish a pattern. Take it for what it's worth.

I’d say yes since they are known to sag without. I thought they only had reinforcements at the meeting rails l, not all the way around nor in the frame.

Late summer or early fall is the typical bloom time for any Miscanthus and I see nothing to indicate Huron Sunrise has an earlier than usual bloom time. In my area, it is not unusual for Miscanthus to not start flowering until late September or early October or the flowerheads never developing fully.

Just beautiful! We used to have stunning dawn skies here, too. I mean, the skies are still beautiful but our trees have grown up a great deal and cover up much of the horizon. I’d rather have the trees and all of the benefits that they bring. Those colors are something else; thank you for sharing.
