Yes, the ADEX tiles are 2X4. Tile color is bisque. Grout color (from H.D.) is alabaster.

I got the canisters in the store. There is a limited quantity per store. I knew they were coming so I looked up the stock numbers online. I went to the store and they pulled them from the back. They were supposed to be on display this week. I am in So. Cal. Your Target may have different display dates.

I've been wanting to get those! Are the lids tight-fitting.. could I store sugar in them without worrying about ants in the spring?

danielle, they seem pretty snug.
The lids have a suction grip inside.
Not like a tupperware grip though.
I am going to use them for flour and sugar.

Thank you for posting these! I loved them and just went out and got a set. I am putting cookies in the largest one, Splenda packets in the middle one and ??? in the small one. I did put some of those felt dots on the bottom so they don't scuff on the countertop. I love the retro/modern look they have.

Where did you get the tiles? Online? They look great. Are your cabs white or creamy? I'm looking for a creamy colored subway in that size.

positano, I got the tiles at the H.D. expo. They are sadly going out of business, but a company called ADEX Tiles makes them. My cabs are an off white, slightly creamy color.

Cali, help me understand/tell me about hearing about canisters coming to Target. I've rewritten this several times now because I just can't seem to express what I'm puzzling over! Did you see the canisters somewhere and dig around to find that Target would be carrying them or is there a way to preview what's coming to Target? I just found that sentence fascinating (shopping-wise, not grammatically!).

I live in central Maine and we get only some of the fun stuff.
