Your new PC has solid state storage instead of the more traditionally common hard drive with a spinning platter. That's a good feature. This is the more technologically modern approach and is now more common and available for more reasonable prices for manufacturers and consumers than before. These are much faster than hard drives and I'm sure this PC comes on quickly when started from being off. The tradeoff is because solid state is more expensive than traditional hard drives, "standard equipment" is a smaller size. You have a 128 GB (gigabyte) "drive". My 14 inch PC, about 5 years old, has a 500 GB hard drive but it's very slow. What you have would be excellent for travel and casual use. As for something to store photos on, etc., the space may be limited (depending on how much you have) In this case, because the hard drive is solid state, it's been configured with a small "virtual memory". With my cutting board example, think of what you have as a smaller (and slower) additional cutting board you can use just to hold what was moved off of the main board because it's needed for something else. On your PC, a small portion of the "hard drive" has been set up for this task as virtual memory, a cache or swap file, to speed up operations. For others who find their PC gets bogged down, you can set up your own virtual memory without opening up the PC. Get a fast SD card or thumb drive of at least 4 GB and configure it using the WIndows Ready Boost feature. For PCs with inadequate RAM, it can help.

I'm so sorry for the passing of your dear sister, Aaron! That is heartbreaking for any loved family but particularly for someone so young. You are bringing beauty to bear in a tremendously hard situation with this memorial. For roses, she seemed to enjoy the pinks and purples from your photo so you should suit yourself as far as color goes for what would bring you fondness at her memory. Poseidon is rock solid hardy in zone 5 and a consistent bloomer with not much disease trouble. Angel Face is lovely but not reliably hardy or disease resistant. Love Song is better if grafted than AF. Scrolling through my list of zone 5 roses here are some with meaningful names that might suit: Reliably hardy: Earth Angel (light pink) Forever Yours (dark red, gets large) Poseidon (lavender) Sweet Spirit (dark pink) Any of the "True" series - like True Inspiration (dark pink), True Spirit or True Love (red) or True Joy (yellow) Hardy with some protection: Fragrant Memory - pink/lavender Love & Peace - yellow with dark pink edge Neptune (lavender) Peace - and all its clones - Pink Peace is probably the hardiest for me Questionable in my zone 5: Angel Face (lavender) Purple companion planting could be the low growing catmint (Nepeta) that blooms most of the cool parts of the growing season, or columbines for scattered blooms that reseed in spring. Yellow could be the lemon Moonbeam Coreopsis that blooms all summer or a non-spreading daisy like Becky with the yellow eyes. Iris are also symbolic of loss and remembrance and they come in all kinds of shades. Thank you for sharing your lovely sister with us and take time for yourself to mourn and remember her. Cynthia

I played a couple. Good memory exercise. Thanks for sharing.
