Most of them have juiced, mixed them a little at the time with apples. Some, still in the frigde for fresh eating, take a couple everyday to work. They keep a long time in the frigde. These pears are called Golden Spice. If you had a dehydrator, slice them in half lengthways first, make sure, they are still fairly firm. Konrad
