Hi all, it's been a while since I've last posted but I still come take peek once in a while. Always nice to see all the cool pictures. Oh and I have no idea why they are all different sizes, hope no one has trouble with them.

Very nice pictures! Are they all taken of the same clouds or on different dates?

All were taken within minutes of each other. LOL, I took 56 pictures so it was hard to decide on which ones to post!

I have it in 2 places in my yard..both have been there 3 years. They each get sun until around 2:00. Both are in good, but not fabulous soil. I had Ellamae for several years also...the only time it ever bloomed was when I bought it. Storm Cloud is a much better performer (for me) in the southeast. I have other agapanthus, but this is by far the most showy. I have not had very much luck with them in full sun, however. They seem to prefer part sun or dappled shade. I also have found they do better with fertilization, even though my sister says they are not heavy feeders at all in California (where she lives).

Hi. I don't have a full bush shot, but my own-root FC is about 3 feet high and 2.5 feet wide and is 3 years old. It is a full bush, not leggy. I must say, FC is a tough plant to place in the garden b/c of the deep coral/orange color. Pinks would clash in my opinion. ; ) The new growth is a deep purple, which is lovely.

There have been some severe tornados in the south and that looks almost like those I saw on tv except those were black.Thanks for sharing.

I do the same thing! I've taken as many as 300 pics before coming to my senses. A few are always delete-able, blurry, etc., but then going through the remaining photos becomes a chore.
