My sympathies, Hrose. I hope it doesn't stick or isn't too wet to break things and this is just a minor blip. We often get a wet snow around this time of year and it doesn't hurt the plants at all because it melts right away. your garden is so beautiful, I truly hope you don't get any serious damage. I don't mind snow just not bitter cold where your nose hairs freeze and the snow sqeaks. I also don't want, what DC is getting. Here today in Mi. we are getting snow I went out and shoveled by hand 2-3 inch for the next fall tonight and tomorrow, so Our son and hubby can get in the drive, hubby drives a MTA bus for the city of Flint all day so he don't want to see more when he gets home. Iam tired of winter but guess what we are one day closer to Spring Hallaluya. I did go out and broom off my winter sow spot that made me smile. through the brr snow.

Looking quite festive at your house! We got the cold today, in the 20's after being 69 on Wed!!! The mountains got some snow, but only a few flakes here that melted right away. Love the vignette on the old window (?) and Mr. Crooked Nose is tooo cute! I am also envious of your photography skills, but sure do enjoy your posts! You have been very busy and it shows. into 2nd snow here in NJ, right across Delaware from Philly. watched wind/snow blow until it got dark last night. township plow came thru my little circle around 6 last night. listened to wind howling and things thumping all night. can't really tell but looks like my CRAZY GOOD neighbor had been in and out of my/our driveway several times, so snow at the street looks pretty squished down. had PT scheduled for 3 this afternoon. car is in garage but will still need warming up... pt place is only about 5 minutes away, so teeth would still be chattering if car wasn't warmed up. just got call saying if i wanted to come in at 10:30 that time is open. only shoveling i plan to do is clear room to shuffle from front door to car door. dug out hat that will make me look sufficiently deranged when out in public. if i don't look crazy with it on, i will when static electricity takes hold when i pull the hat off. got robo call from water company!! they're experience more water main problems than usual?? that's scary! i think worst would be if power goes out... keeping fingers crossed and knocking on my wooden head!
