(I use thunderbird) Also, can we save a complete thread here? Seems like the clippings thing just saves one message? And the searches lose pictures when they are old? Here's is there answer. Hi, We wanted to provide you all with information on the editor, and where we're going from here. How do I return to the previous editor? With the new editor now in place, this is the one we will be using going forward. There is no option to return to the previous editor. You can still find Pixlr's editor on their website: Pixlr Express Editor Pixlr Advanced Editor (for layering) Why can't you switch it back to the Pixlr editor? The reason we cannot offer the option for you to return to the previous editor is that we are no longer offering it on our site. Our contract with Pixlr has ended, and we are no longer partnered with them to provide those editing tools for use on Photobucket. We will continue to work with the new editing company to provide more features, and hopefully improve the ones that are currently available. Now, you are more than welcome to comment below about anything pertaining to the information we have provided. If you have questions about the editor, please write in to us in support. This new editor is ____(fill in the blank with your own expletive)! We know that users do not like change, we shouldn't fix something that isn't broken, we need to keep it simple, etc. I don't disagree with any of you for the reasons you do not like the change in editors. We also enjoyed many features of the previous one, but we must move on as well, and adjust and adapt to this new editor. TLDR; There isn't a way to return to the previous editor. Mr.P, ~~~ Anyone got a fix? ~~~ It may seem too OT but for some of us our computers are as an important gardening tool as any other ... A few tools for ya, This was recced to me by 2 Dell techs. and I use it daily. http://www.ccleaner.com/ Spybot is a VERY powerful set of tools. Used probably weekly as a scan but some features are in constant use and automatic. http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html This was recced to me by a Microsoft tech and is far superior in my experiences to Norton or Macafee. Use is constant and automatic. http://www.bitdefender.com/ None of this stuff will work to their potential and can do quite a bit of harm if the instructions aren't read and understood, at least to get it set up properly. It took some tweaking to get em to work together but I think it was worth the effort. Of course, keeping your operating system and its tools updated is as critical as anything else you can do. I don't use photobucket very often anymore, but whenever I do I find that the interface has been changed AGAIN. :p Some things on their interface are improving, and some not yet. I don't know what happened to your photo on PB. I haven't liked using PB for photo manipulations because they were slow and automatically overwrote the original images on me. I just use something like 'paint' to modify what I want and then upload that to PB.
