Once your picture has been uploaded to photobucket (or whatever hosting site you choose), find its web address by right clicking on the image and copying the image location. Some sites may even provide the address in a text box below the photo for your convenience. Let's say, as an example, that the address of the picture you want to post is http://somepicturesite.com/yourpicture.jpg To embed the picture into a post, use the command img src="http://somepicturesite.com/yourpicture.jpg"> You could also include a width attribute for large pictures. Using this reduce the size of an oversized picture for better viewing. The entire command, including the width attribute would looks something like img src="http://somepicturesite.com/yourpicture.jpg" width=400> Note that I had to use special characters to get the commands above to show up here without turning into pictures, but you can use them as shown (with the correct image location, of course).

You need to resize. 1. Got to "edit" 2. Hit "resize" 3. You can set the size in first box at 320; or, you can click on "Preset Sizes" and click on each of the three sizes to preview how your photo will look. Keep the one that works the best for you. Linda PS: It's all trial and error. :-)

I don't use photobucket very often anymore, but whenever I do I find that the interface has been changed AGAIN. :p Some things on their interface are improving, and some not yet. I don't know what happened to your photo on PB. I haven't liked using PB for photo manipulations because they were slow and automatically overwrote the original images on me. I just use something like 'paint' to modify what I want and then upload that to PB.

I have my photos on skydrive, which is free. I click on the photo in skydrive once, it opens it bigger. Right mouse click, select properties. Go to the URL listed and highlight it and "COPY" (I use control+C) Type this in your post. The only space I leave is the one between img and src: less than sign img src equals sign quotation mark quotation mark greater than sign Paste the copied URL between the 2 quotation marks, and you are done. Check that it worked in the preview message.
