Thanks everyone! :) Frankie is not quite weaned off the dome yet, he wears it at night and through the morning until I get home from work around noon. I go to work at 4:30am, so it's still too cold outside to set him out when I leave, but I think I'm going to start taking the dome off before I go at least. When I get home, I put him out on the porch in the sun for the rest of the day. Once it goes down and it starts to cool off outside, I bring him back in, mist him really well & make sure he's got a tiny bit of water in his tray, and put the dome on before I go to bed. I think I'm using the dome out of habit now more than anything else, he probably doesn't need it at all. Once he moves outside, I will probably dome him at night for the first week or so, then put my glass pie pan back in the cabinet where it belongs. My little boy is growing up so fast! ::sniff:: I do have another inside plant to occupy my attention for awhile though....Frankie's "sister", an African Violet named Rose. She's growing so many flowers that I have to push them aside to let new ones through, and there are lots of "suckers" that need to be cut off and repotted. (If they survive, does anyone want one? I'm going to have a million of them, LOL!) She is my first violet (an unwanted Valentine's Day present...reminds me of that saying "pets are forever, not for xmas" LOL), and despite everyone telling me that they are "impossible" to grow, I seem to be having good luck so far! :) J

No, I had read your post and had just bought that CD after seeing Huey on Rachel Ray last week. I ordered it Thursday and it was here from Amazon on Friday! NO inference intended that you are on drugs - now a happy LIFE is your drug! I did a huge pharmacy vendor conversion back in 2001 for a large insurance company. We actually made a CD with songs that made us think of parts of the project. Since the company was going from one PBM (pharmacy benefit manager) to another, THAT was the lead in song - I Want a New Drug. We also had Clapton's 'Co*a*ne', 'You Can't Always Get What You Want' by the Stones (reference to 3rd tier drugs that aren't in the formulary), and one that cracked us all up - 'Se*ual Healing' by Marvin Gaye. We chose that one when we ran reports for the previous PBM, and saw that some women had filled scrips for Vi*gra. 'First of May' by the Bee Gees referred to the day we cut over from the old PBM on 5/1/2001. 12 other songs rounded out our 'Conversion Highlights' CD, including our song about endless testing, which was 'Do It Til You're Satisfied', by B T Express. You'd love it!

Thanks Kt. And, we did. Not a lot by most standards, about .7, but, very appreciated around here. It looked like they got a good rain in North Texas and central OK that was having the worst of the last round of wildfires. "Normal rainfall" rates would seem like a flood with what we've been getting around here the last several years.

Actually, I was there last year(2005). I wasn't sure when your photo was taken, when you first posted it. I was in Albuquerque this past August though. I heard that the ascent was delayed for a while that Saturday when you were there, due to those clouds in your photo. Yes, I admit, for a second there, I did think I saw myself among some others in your photo. Wouldn't that have been one for the books! Great photo. Kt
