NEWBERRY CHERRY EYE is a very pretty one.My Favorite one is PAINT THE TOWN RED.Its a beauty. Hope it rains here soon.Am glad you got some for your gardens.I have watered nearly every day, but don't seem to do a lot of good, except for the ones I still have in pots,and all the potted ones are gorgeous plants.For the last 2 days I have spent the day raking up pine needles, thats piled up 2 foot deep,in my pathway where I have to walk every day to get to the water faucet,and to dig out my water hose under all that mess, then I have to get it off my azalea bush./I had about 6 yrs of pine needles piled up on my roof and the old fella that lives next door told me it needs to come off that roof.I told him I know that, but,no one to do it for me either..I told him I was going to climb up on the roof last year myself and clean it off,and my 2 older daughters came unglued at me and told me to not even think about doing that..Course, then I fell and broke my wrist,so couldn't attempt it anyway... He surprised me Monday by coming here and brought his ladder and a long pole, and I had a broken handle rake,and he wired and taped that broken rake to that pole, and got on the ladder and he pulled all that pine needles off my roof.I knew there was lots on the roof, but, had no idea there was that much up there.,well, for 2 days,I have been raking up pine needles and bagging it up in 39 gallon bags,I have filled 12 bags,and I haven't made a dent in it yet.I pulled 3 bags full to the curb yesterday, and the city picks it up,and the truck came by 19 minutes after I pulled them 3 bags out there..The fella next door told me to yell at him when I have some bags to go to the curb and he will come do it for me..Well, I didn't yell at him,and I pulled 4 bags out there today, and had 6 more filled up,when he started to leave for work, but he came here first and he took them to the street for me.I sure was happy i didn't have to pull them out there.Don't know how much I will be able to rake up tomorrow,suppose to be a little hotter at 99 tomorrow,and a heat advisory out. Oooh Rita! How pretty! There are so many lovelies here. You know how much I love all of the reds and purples and you have so many here, but Ambrosia Rows takes the cake today. How lovely with all three so close together. How beautiful your garden must be. kay

There is so much blooming here each day that I barely know were to start with the pictures each day. Yes, its still very cool up here. There has been no real summer weather at all yet this year. I thought the bloom on FABULOUS FRIEDA was fine for a FFO open. It's just that I have seen many pictures of that one, which is why I wanted it so badly. I know it can look lots better than my FFO so I will just wait. I bought a single fan on the LA from Abundant Daylilies and I received a seven fan clump so I should have lots of it soon enough.

Oh that last one got me! Love all the different shades in it. What beautiful shots of all the daylilies together like that. Thanks for the tip about planting two similar looking ones next to each other. I have wondered what I would do if I lost a tag. I just got Inherited Wealth as a bonus and am looking forward to seeing it bloom next year. Vickie
