Except for one thing, the golf distance finder, the items have been of good quality.

Try Woot. Great one day deals. Reliable and reputable. The text descriptions are entertaining to read too. There is even a discussion board for asking questions about the featured product or offering your own user experience to others about a featured product.

Some of these deals are great because they are for discontinued lines or colors, or are entry level models without bells and whistles.

Make sure you read the descriptions of the products offered! There was a hullabaloo once at Woot when people ordered a monitor thinking it was a TV. LOL. :Sorry folks........The text description clearly said monitor for $89 not flat screen TV. No refunds!:

I bought the very same set a few months ago when they offered it. I thought it was a good value for just 4.99 shipping. Google "Deal of the Day" and it will give you a site that has many sites like it. Sue, I have had the same thing happen with my card. My address I was giving them was not identical to the one on my card. Our post office removed Co Rd 71 off my address but it was still on the card and it wouldn't take. Maybe something similar has happened to you.

I bought watches. 2fer. The were cheap and they are cheap! One was not running after about 3 weeks. I got what I paid for! lol

I just ordered one hoping it will help on toenails too. I used Paypal--comes in handy every once in a while.

Sueva, it takes two-three weeks to receive your items. That's what I don't like about 1 Sale a Day, the time it takes to receive your items.

I ordered the blue tooth head set...it is a very small one. My daughter got one from them and really likes it.

Seems like most everybody (sorry, kat__wa) is pleased with their purchases. Thanks, deamn, for telling me about the 2-3 weeks wait. I guess that's about par for the course. By then my toenails will be longer and easier to cut!

I do wonder if it is just Discover Card that they reject? I know Discover charges the merchant more than some other cards and that is why some stores don't take Discover Card.

I got a pack of ads from Starcrest in the mail a couple days ago. I am so pleased with the fanny pack I ordered from them. I've already seen a couple things for my next order.

Today I was poking around on some of the other Deal sites and found the Mother Lode! I looked at some of them; if we get snowed in again, I'll be checking out some more of them. I appreciate finding odds and ends that I want/need without having to run in and out of every store looking for them.
