'Make Ahead' suggestions for recipe needed

I have a recipe for a spinach-ricotta pie that I would love to make ahead for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, this particular recipe offers no suggestions for preparing in advance.

I'm hoping some experienced cooks can help me with different ways of doing this. Ideally, I would like to have a prebaked crust ready in the pan, and the spinach mixture refrigerated until the day. Alternatively, having it baked already to be reheated on that day would be another option, though I figured that it would take the same amount of time to "reheat" as it would to cook the same day.

My only variations are that I will be using the pillsbury ready made crust, prebaked with a thin coat of glazed egg yolk (prevents crust from getting soggy) and also I will be using a smaller 8" cake pan. Tia.
