Well I did it!

Big thanks to rob333 for giving me the such great instructions and lighting the way.

Put both birds in the oven, because they are flat it worked perfectly, switched racks at about the half way point and basted.

They were absolutely delicious, done in less time and the breast meat was really juicy, I will never do a turkey any other way!
