I love Adam and Kris - You should look up Adam on Youtube. He has some amazing performances on there and a couple "interesting" ones. Paula Abdul has been dealing with nerve damage in her neck after years of dancing. She is in constant pain in her neck and down her arm. I agree she isn't much of a critic or judge, but hearing everyone (not just here) write her off as a "pill popper" is really unfair. It does seem pretty obvious she is on some strong pain meds every now and then. I have arthritis in my neck that is impinging on nerves and have pain and numbness down my arm. It isn't nearly as bad as what she has been dealing with, but it is NOT fun. I think of what she is going through every time I watch "Dancing with the Stars" and see the girls whip their heads around like they do. Wonder it the future will be the same for them.

I like Mike's voice but I'm bored with him singing all those s-l-o-w songs. I want to see him sing some fast, toe tapping tunes. I really don't care who wins this time. They are all pretty good (don't like Lee) but not nearly as good as past contestants. Kind of boring season IMO. Linda

At the end of the Tuesday shows and during the Wednesday shows, we see recaps of the Tuesday performances. But, the recaps are actually excerpts that were filmed during rehearsals. They are not from the performances we, the audience, sees on Tuesday night. As it were, the judges can also see those rehearsals. The format of Tuesday's show was a little different than previous weeks. The contestants sang two songs each. Instead of the judges doing their critiques after each song, they were asked to hold off until after each contestant sang both of their songs. However, after each sang their first song, they were all on stage and Ryan asked the judges for some quick remarks (still holding off the main critiques until after the second song). Paula got confused, thinking they had already sang their second song and began talking to Jason about both his songs. She was reading from written notes, which tells us she saw the rehearsals and had already prepared her critiques. The problem, as others have explained, was Jason and all the other contestants had only sang their first song at that point.
