Happy Thanksgiving from CT on a bright sunny morning. We're just getting ready to leave to deliver turkey dinners to the sick. Then, later after everybody's been fed we'll have dinner with the other volunteers at the church.

Ho ho ho. Happy Thanksgiving! So far I had coffee and cheerios. I've been cleaning up the yard and found a potato growing in my window box. I had planted sweet potato vines in there. Lots more yard cleanup to go this weekend.

I will head to Mom's around 3:30 for dinner. It's just Mom, my brother and my son and me. Mom is 91 and does the whole thing herself, but I do the dishes.

My brother has two new baby cockatoos which he brought to PA on the plane with him. Both girls, very sweet. I'll post pictures later.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving everyone! We are off to our friends house in about an hour - I have everything I am bringing prepped and packed for traveling. Foruntately, it is only a few miles....

I hope everyones turkey is moist and the gravy is smooth and the side dishes are everything you hoped they would be!

Greetings from Michigan! The turkey is in the oven and smelling wonderful, everything else is either ready in the works.
There is a little snow on the ground but the roads are clear...it's a perfect T-Day here!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Ten minutes left here in the central time zone so I made it. Long, long day here...been up since five. Lucy, is snoring on the floor, Chuck and Smokey are curled up on the end of the futon and I'm ready to crash...we gave up our room for guest so we are in the back bedroom hiding out...LOL. That is if all the kids out in the living room get to bed....

I'll try to catch up here and with the swap tomorrow if time allows...another busy, crazy, fun filled day to take on!

Next year, lets try to use something from our swaps. I used a ceramic baker from Terri for the stuffing.
