Are there any subdivisions being built near you? Ten years ago, some builder was clearing forest for a bunch of houses (sad.) We went one day while they were working and asked permission to scavenge stones after hours. They were happy to have us take them. Maybe you can do something like that. Good luck!

Does anyone know where I can get some rubus canadensis seed or plants. I found some at TN nursery but only sell wholesale. I am looking for a few plants that are retail. Thanks.

animoosh: I can probably help you out with some Fresno seed. Mine too are from a the market. To me, the Fresno has a nice heat and a little more sweet than the Jalapeno, although I neve ate them green. The Fresno has more squared of shoulders and the flesh may be a little thinner than the Jal but still not a good drying pods.
