I Know I'm Weird...but,

I'm asking anyway. I hate to drain & waste the water from potatoes that will be creamed...do you drain and dump or have other marvelous uses for the "potato broth"

Please share your ideas...all I can think of is to use as a

thickening agent...and if I knew how...maybe a starter for yeast bread of some kind!

It's just impossible to believe...it has no use..especially when you consider how expensive potatoes are today.
