Oh Ruthanna! I am so sorry that you were hurt. I will be waiting ti hear how you are doing. When I was waiting for the train some young guy somehow missed the end of the escalator and took quite a tumble. He was trying to be cool and pretend he was okay but I think he really got a pretty good knock on the head.

I have plenty of counter space so I think I can use the dowel, no problem. Good excuse to bake another pie.

Oh Cathy, I wish you could have made it. Teresa is a doll, you would have had a good time traveling together.

To think I missed this party by just a few days!!! I wish we could have stayed around a few more days so my DH and I could have made it. Alexa encourages to do that. It looks like you all had such a wonderful time. And wow, Lou you really dressed up for the occasion. Huh, you just wore blue jeans when we were there with you! Must have been knowing that you were going to meet all those pretty ladies!!!

Don't worry. It was I who was challenged to a duel by dcarch. We have a long run of disagreements he would like to settle. Neither of us owns one of Lou's rolling pins. Besides, a duel calls for a matched set of weapons. I'm thinking maybe cream pies at two paces. Anyone have a good recipe?

I can't wear my glasses for more than a couple of minutes so haven't been able to read all the posts. Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the day.

I have more dr. appts. tomorrow but am feeling like I was run over by the train instead of riding on it. All body parts are functioning though.

I bought some veggies and fruit to take home.

Had to go in Fante's of Phila, haven't been here in years.

The place is amazing. They have every kind of kitchen tools or accessories, imaginable.
I know some members who could spend a week there.

I have been ordering items through their website, a lot of Pizzelle Bakers lately.

It was a long day and had to get back to Linda's house, because they were going to see the Phila. Orchestra.

My Great Grand Daughter was the hit of the show there.
Had to put in an update.
Last Photo was at 2 months, this is at 5 months.
She said hello to everyone.

It was a long day for me. We walked around for about an hour, before we finally found the CF girls.
Happened to take a table, close to theirs and my DD asked if they were the CF ladies.

I went to the VA Hospital to see an Opthamologist and to get a Prescripition filled.
Having a Service Related Disability, entitles me to a lot of benefits, which is a big help, financialy.

I also brought with me , a load of Books and items, for the Veterans.

I belong to Geisinger Health System also.
That's where I had the Surgery done on my left leg; a couple of months ago, for the circulation problem.

Have a lot of other perplexing physical problems but I try to put them out of my alleged mind.
Like, maybe they will go away. They never do.
They can't do nothing for the mental problems.
I thought Karen and Steve could help ???

One of my nieces loves to make fudge. She refers to this site quite often.
