Ok. Lou has to have had this, right?!?!?
I bought it in NY and the butcher said it had pork and lamb (!). It was also marked as having parsley and cheese. He said grill it or pan fry it. I'm gonna do half of it for Dick tonight and freeze the other half pound so I'm interested in knowing your experience with this one.
By Googling, I came up with this as a Milanese sausage to one from Apulia. Ingredients ranged from pork to veal to brains. I don't know what the Italian is for chacun a son gout but I'd say it applies here. Maureen
