Unfair doggy problem gone

I posted a few days ago about our problem doggy.

We decided to find a different friend for Homer.

We looked at dogs online from shelters and called about one.

We went to meet the lady and probably get the dog.

But she got the time confused and we missed each other.

We were going to meet in a Walmart parking lot.

We drove around the parking lot thinking maybe she was

somewhere else in the shopping center but she wasn't there.

We drove back over to where we started an there was a car

sitting there with a dog that looked just like the one we wanted.

So we stopped and asked if she was who we were looking for.

It wasn't. It was just a family giving away puppies.

They were so cute. One was perfect for us. Just like Homer.

We brought her home and Homer loved her instantly.

And we were careful to keep her and psycho-dog separated.

Unfair or not we took Etta the psycho-dog back to the shelter

where we got her. They told us they would find a good home.

I really hope she gets a good home. I feel the loss.

She was my little princess. She was loving towards me.

But I know it was better this way. Homer is more at ease.

We are feeling a lot better. This doggy is much better behaved.

Now if we could just decide on a name for her.

Pooh Bear
