White subway tile grout problem

My tile guy just put in the white subway tile backsplash and I had told him to use 1/16" spacers. I didn't realize that there were nubs on the tile that already served as 1/16" spacers. I put delorian gray grout and now i feel the lines are too prominent and I wish I had 1/16" grout lines.

Removing the tile is not really an option at this point so I can really only change the grout. I have three options:

1. Leave as is

2. Change it to Silver Shadow from Laticrete

3. Change it to Bright White from Laticrete Spectralock

What do you guys think. The pictures show the gray lighter than it actually is. Also the spacing is a bit uneven in certain parts...

This is how it looked ungrouted (which was the look that I loved...) Unfortunately...it didn't come out that way
