meyermike_1micha Very much worth the wait :) Thanks lme5573, so being in the bedroom with the lights on them all day and well into the night won't help them~ got it. The only room that has "natural" light like you're talking about is mom & dad's room and it gets dark when the day is done, they just sleep in their bedroom, would be perfect. (we live in our room /sigh) Plus it is a lot cooler in there too. They have offered to put the plants in there, (only window that gets morning sunlight) but they have no room for them. This is only for the blooming stage of the plant? It won't do any harm as far as their health and growing NOT to do it? Because right at this moment, I don't know where to place them for that.. will need to find something tho. I'm just happy it has a new start!! As long as it wasn't dying, I am happy~~

any grey in a dark room is going to make it darker / drabber. have you tried white? it might wind up looking like the grey you want in that light. however, if you have your heart set on actual grey and you can't find what you need from a paint chip, you'll need to go custom. go to a paint store (not lowes or home depot) and ask for color assistance. they'll have a bigger selection of color chips, and you can ask them to make anything lighter for your sample paint.

IMO wood look tile is dated but more than that if using it at least think if real wood would go there and IMO not in a bathroom. I like a 12 x24 porcelain tile for both bathroom floors and shwer wall the same tile. Bathrooms are usually the smallest space in a home so simple choices = timeless . I like to be able to change wall color , accessories once in a while so the fewer patterns and colors in the tile the easier that is . My vote the marble look tile . I do also agree wood look anything next to real never works.

Something like this ?? Remember the smaller the tile the busier it will look.. Maybe larger format porcelain marble look would be abetter choice . Marble floors are timeless the actual marble tiles not fake are already 1000s of years old , pretty timeless to me.
