seagrass-anyone ? re corn pudding

I want to make corn pudding using the recipe that seagrass posted on the corn cook-along for our Homecoming Luncheon at church tomorrow.

My question is- Would it change the texture or taste for the worse if I made it today and brought it to room temp tomorrow or even warmed it back up in the oven at church before serving?

I would really appreciate your input.
