Cabinet makers in NYC/Long Island area

I'm just at the planning stage for my new kitchen design. I'm located in Bayside, NY and am looking for any recommendations for good cabinet makers and KD in the NYC/Long Island area. Any help would be appreciated.

Check out Packard Cabinetry, in Sea Cliff. They have an excellent rep
and are known for their fine work.

We used a fantastic independent cabinet maker, Richard Sanca, to do a very large built-in bookcase in our brownstone. He is detail-oriented, a real artist, well priced and his work is impeccable. He does kitchens too. His website is linked below. Tell him Allison recommended him, if you call.

I just had my cabinets custom made by a West Hartford cabinet maker. He was great to work with and put up with me and all my indecision. The quality of his cabinets is excellent. Everyone, the GC, fabricator, plumber, electrician, are all impressed with the quality. I found him to be very reasonably priced. I'd be happy to share that info with you...I just hope nobody thinks I'm advertising? His name is Bill Petrunti of Petrunti Designs and Woodworking.

Hi, I too am having my cabinets painted. I did pick my paint, and was told how he was going to clean the cabinets and get them ready for painting. I did decide to purchase new door, because old doors shouted country, and I want traditional. He is starting the painting next week, and if I am happy will give you his name, I live on eastern long island.

We just installed beautiful custom cabinets through Birchcraft which is located in the PA and serves the NYC area.

I interviewed many cabinet companies and Packard really seemed to know how to design space to its best potential. They also carry wonderful brands that are the best quality for any price range you are in. Check them out for sure!
