Perhaps it time to see the Doc?

Did you check with your Dr. to make sure you do not have a infection? You might have picked up something that is in your blood or system. Home remedies may not cut it. Please at least call him/her to tell them where you went and you are not getting over it.

Candied ginger is the best for me. Also, ginger tea. Chamomile tea helps, too.

My worst day was Sunday, traveling home, so maybe it's too soon.

Will see what tomorrow brings and if nausea is not gone, I'll give the doc a call.

I didn't leave the ship during the whole cruise, took precautions they recommended: sanitizing, etc and I took Airborne Effervescent when it all started.

Ginger ale and soda crackers are good things, but I'm glad you're considering calling a doctor if you're not better tomorrow. If you're anything like me, I put it off and put it off thinking I'll be better the next day but truth is, at our age we shouldn't fool around too long.

Ask doc for script for sublingual Zofran ODT, only thing that works for me when I was / am that nauseous. Wonderful drug, melts under the tongue so even works with vomiting. A med every one should have handy.

You may need a round of antibiotics like Flagyl, I had to take a double round.

Sure you're not Preggo....okay just KIDDING. I am sorry you're not feeling well still. I agree with calling the Dr. if it's lasted this long, just to make sure.

When I had the flu it took almost a week before I felt 100%! The 6th day I finally kicked it.
I didn't travel any further then my couch for 3 days though! Nausea was bad for at least 3 after the puking stage. Oh it was horrible.
Up here the bug is either lasting 24 hours or a week. Are you drinking Glenda?

Ginger is a great herb for settling a queasy stomach. Buy and drink as much as you can-look for one made with REAL ginger. It says so on the label. I remember when I was a kid, if any child got a "stomach bug" Dad would buy that person his/her own big bottle of ginger ale, to be kept cold in the fridge. And only that person could drink from the bottle.

Might it be the norovirus? They've sure had plenty of it on the cruise ships lately.

We've got a weekend coming up, so if you don't think you are better, call the doc so you don't get stuck on Sat. or Sun., wishing you had called. Hope today is better.

Poor Glenda, sorry your trip was spoiled. I'm beginning to dislike cruise ships. Hope you are feeling better soon. I use several things but the dried ginger works good.

When we got "norwalk", we were sick for days, literally. It was almost two weeks before I even wanted to eat or drink. ((hugs))

But that's the way it's been. Fine in the morning, but as the day goes on it sets in, the nausea.

Hows the weather? Maybe you can sit outside in the fresh air and sun a bit. Maybe you are feeling good in the am until you have food in your stomach. I think the only cure is time. Maybe you should stop and get chicken noodle soup from the chinese place.
