Followed your advice about reducing the Boeuf Bourgignon sauce by half, and it was a big success. Everyone had 2 servings, and lots of moans and lip-smacking were heard. Hubby is very happy I made extra so we have some left for tomorrow. I've made it several times before, and while it tasted good each time, the reduction step made a huge difference in flavor and took it to a whole new level of deliciousness. I am definitely going to reduce whatever I can from now on. :o)
