Just sealed slate backsplash...How to clean from here on out?

This is probably a basic (dumb) question, but this is new territory for me and I want to double check: I have used a penetrating sealer on our fairly rough-faced slate backsplash. I am wondering what to use (and what not to use) to clean it when it gets nasty grease spatters, etc. and is past getting clean with a water dampened cloth. I don't want to risk using something that would decrease the effectiveness of the sealer. (I'm asking this for future reference...Not planning to try anything on it for several days or more -until it dries thoroughly, of course.)

Thanks!
