These aren't things I'm necessarily just learning, but points that are driven home to me with greater intensity on a near daily basis: -To never say never. -That I really don't know what others are thinking, or why they are behaving as they are. My tendency is to believe that if someone is, say, short with me - well, they must be mad at me. And that's just almost never the case. mjsee, it appears you just can't let go of that color - isn't that a salmon colored sweater you are wearing in your beautiful gray bathroom? Salmon does flatter all skin tones. Your gray bathroom is really lovely. I guess my biggest regret, here at my everyday house, is caving in and not insisting on enlarging the shower stall in the MB. The stupid tile guy said, in front of DH: "oh, that would be expensive to change."!! Idiot - it would be more $$ for him but I guess he wasn't interested in the job. For my own use the shower stall is fine but it would be nice a smidgen larger. In our 2nd home I wish I wouldn't have picked that particular window tmt on the LR slider wall. I love all the other WT so one regret isn't bad. I've never admitted this to anyone. I don't want to bring their attention to something that they wouldn't notice - or care about - until I point it out. So as far as you know, I LOVE everything about the condo. Got it?

@lyfia It will not impact us moving in or anything, but it is an issue if the lien claimant(s) decide to file to enforce the lien, which they have 6 months to do. If we're not able to convince the lien claimant(s) that we've already paid. Then this thing would go to trial. The courts would decide who, if anybody, we have to pay and how much. At least that's how I understand it. I do hope that we can successfully get the liens off without going to trial. We will see.. Today we received another lien notice...for $26K for cabinets and countertops. I guess I should probably shut up now. It looks like this could blow up legally and I don't want to post anything that could be used against me....
