Anyone watch Rachel Ray today?

I was gone so I missed her in the DWTS gown, what happen, & how did she look? Is there a picture of it anywhere, I'd love to see.

I caught the very end of the show just in time for the unveiling. The style was not becoming to her. And it was far from skimpy - it certainly didn't look like the revealing costumes we see on DWTS.

Well at two this afternoon all 10 jumped and guess what, there was still one in the box-Guess I can't count. Number 11 had a very hard time getting out of the box, I thought Mom was leaving with out him (she must have shouted, get you rear in gear, we are leaving, cause as she swam around the corner, he put all the energy he had left into the climb and went out and she sailed around and gathered him into the bunch. She stayed on the pond and neighbors pond most of the afternoon.

Actually, I like this show. I love the fashion, and Rachel is so affected it cracks me up. Who takes her seriously? I must say she does make her clients look great, except for always dictating that they have messy hair. Her own hair looks horrible! Brad is fun but I don't think he is really serious about his work. He seems to be there more just so Rachel has a friend. Taylor, the martyr, needs to have a rational discussion with Rachel and work out a plan for her to grow in Rachel's business. (For instance, why wasn't Taylor at the meeting with the coat people who want to want to market a line or "Rachel" coats? That kind of project was all Rachel and Taylor talked about last season.) Right now all she does is complain in that monotone - it makes me want to smack her! Rachel has gotten bad press in the past because it was said that she encouraged her clients to become too thin - think Lindsay Lohan or Nicole Richie. However, she has mentioned that Anne Hathaway and Jennifer Gardner are some of the clients that have been with her the longest, and they have never looked scary-thin to me. Thanks everyone - it really was a fun experience. The recipe is good, but like any card carrying CFer, I would probably tweak it just a bit LOL! I actually think it would be even better with salmon chunks, sprinkled with fresh dill and served with plain couscous and a salad.... but I'm not sure that would appeal to the RR audience LOLOLOL! and i'd like to swat the parents for letting it go so long! yes, we have problems with our grands (no kid is going to be perfect), but all 7 are better behaved because they've been taught from the day they sat at the dinner table! did like the idea of the cookies rolled in different flavors, though!

Just looked at the picture. That cut of dress is not made for her body. It was not flattering at all. I wouldn't have picked that color either.

I just caught it on the web.Why did she do this,is she going to be on DWTS? Not a very flattering dress at all, who ever picked it out was no friend of Rachels.

She is a little pudgy georgysmom! I thought the dress looked nice on her. Better than her tucked in shirt into too tight jeans look I see her in so often. The belt cuts her short frame off and she often looks chunky and uncomfortable! She has been putting on weight (haven't we all) as she ages. I just don't get the point of the dress? She isn't on the show from the article I read, she was just letting the costume designer play barbies with her. Maybe I skimmed too fast.

I agree the picture doesn't do her much good. The dress is not very attractive.

Yes, she is a bit pudgy, and I never understood why she always wears tight, stretchy tops that just hugs and accentuates all that 'pudge'. They certainly are not becoming on her.

I don't watch Rachel nor DWTS so I missed it. She is a sparkling personality tho, and I have made several of her recipes, quite a cook. I have to admit, I wondered the same thing about her choice of clothing when I have seen her on tv!

Supposedly she insulted the dress designer by saying she would NEVER wear those skimpy DWTS costumes. She then was told she had insulted him, so she apologized saying he designed well, she was just not suited to wearing small outfits. The dress designer said he would NOT accept her apology and wanted her to wear a dress he designed and have him on as a guest.

The whole thing could have been staged....????
