Need help locating a campbells recipe

Ok so I know alot of us on this site are not crazy about the "condensed soup" casseroles/dishes. Back in the late 80's my sister got a recipe from a co-worker. We just this weekend were asked about if from my SIL who wanted to make it for a party. We cant find it in our files nor remember the recipe in full. It had chicken cutlets, broccoli, garlic powder and we think either mushroom soup or cream of chicken and cant remember if it had anything else. I searched for it on Campbells and cant find it. Anyone know of this recipe if so can you share. TIA

Here are a couple that are close from cooks.com:

GRANDMA'S CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI BAKE

6 large boneless chicken breast
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 tablespoon curry powder
2 bags minute white rice
1 pinch black pepper

First, cut chicken breast into bite sized chuncks. Then, mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, garlic salt, curry powder, and pepper in a large bowl.

Next, combine chicken, broccoli, and the chicken soup mix. Pour into a casserole dish.

Bake in a preheated 350F degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

During the last 10 minutes of baking time, boil the rice. When the casserole has finished cooking, mix in the rice.

CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE

1 lb. chicken cutlets
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. curry powder, adjust to taste (opt.)

If using curry powder, reduce lemon juice to 1 teaspoon.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken cutlets in bite-size pieces. Brown lightly in butter. Cook broccoli until slightly tender (broccoli should be slightly hard). Put broccoli in large baking dish. Pour chicken pieces on top.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine chicken soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; mix well. Pour this sauce over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle top heavily with grated cheddar cheese. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.

CHICKEN & BROCCOLI BAKE

1 1/2 lbs. broccoli
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. chicken breast cutlets

Steam broccoli and chicken until partially cooked. Drain off water; set aside.

Make sauce. Mix 1 can chicken soup and 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon curry or to desired taste. Grate 1/2 cup cheese; add to the sauce. Put layer of chicken and broccoli. Pour sauce over it alternating layers. Cover. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until brown, about 1/2 hour.

CHICKEN - BROCCOLI BAKE

2 tbsp. butter
Chicken cutlets (as many as you need)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 bag frozen broccoli flowerettes

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch dish. Coat chicken with butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cook broccoli ahead of time slightly. Mix 2 cans soup, milk, and ginger in medium bowl. Push cutlets to one side of dish and broccoli to the other; pour soup mixture over all. Bake, covered with foil, for 20 minutes or the chicken is tender. Serve with rice.

As previously mentioned any recipe can be made without added salt but, you do have a challenge. As people age they tend not to taste foods as they once did. Then they make up for it by salting the food. You need to start with foods where you can 'kick it up a notch'. Things like chili with the hot peppers and onions. Saute fresh veggies and then deglaze with white wine making sure the water and alcohol are completely evaporated. When you make chicken soup you would make the broth of course (No canned! Not even "low sodium"), but add lemon rind. The oils bring out the flavor of the meat and veggies. Consider buying organic fresh foods that have more taste than factory farmed foods. So many people nowdays salt fruits like watermelon and cantaloupe because they have no flavor. Introduce him to new veggie and fruits that he has never had before so he has no "memory" of what they taste like. Try using snowpeas instead of the common peas for instance. Depending on how strict his diet must be, you may be able to buy low sodium versions of some items he loves. You can get things like soy sauce in a low sodium version. That way he can 'taper down' with some dishes until he can love eating them with no sodium at all. They key is using quality ingredients. Making French style dressing using balsamic vinegar and olive oil and then customizing with fresh garlic, dried red peppers, dill, and other things, beats out those bottled dressings. Use goat yogourt as a base for creamy dressing. Canned condensed soups at the store have so much filler in them - usually flour. That is why they salt them up. Making you own soups with lots of flavorful veggies you will wonder why you ever bought canned soups in the first place. Condiments and garnishes are going to be hard to substitute with no sodium version. Unsalted butter for instance tastes just awful on its own on top of mashed potatoes. It just gives one a greasy mouth feel. Try making the mashed potatoes adding garlic or using yogourt, sour cream or buttermilk to make them flavorful. Stir in some herbs too. So many people buy canned and jarred items loaded with salt and HFCS they themselves for got how foods are suppose to taste. Once you get to making your own sauces and salsas you will want to make them in huge batches for the whole family. It he is one who is used to salting meats try marinad or meat rubs. Make your own from dried spices. By making your own salt free dishes from raw basic ingredients you will notice a drop in your grocery bills too. Ka-ching!

I love nuts, but my family makes butterhorns (my family's version of rugelach) with raspberry jam as the filling, always -- no nuts. Katzinger's deli here has the most wonderful rugelach. Many of the fillings are not nuts. Cinnamon is great; so is chocolate and all the fruit fillings.

Susan in Columbus (Ohio) Aunt LilÂs Chicken Cantonese 1 fryer-broiler chicken Â disjointed, slightly salted 1/3 cup cornstarch 1 Â½ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons paprika Â¼ cup cooking oil 1 #2 can [20 oz.] pineapple chunks (drained - reserve sirup) 1 cup sliced diagonally celery 1 medium-size green pepper (cleaned & white membrane removed) cut into thin strips 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 Â½ Tablespoons soy sauce 3 cups hot cooked rice 1. Coat chicken pieces with a mixture of the cornstarch, salt & paprika. Reserve 1 Tablespoon of the cornstarch mixture. 2. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. No I didnt google i went direct to campbells....The other recipes are a great alternative but this dish had no rice and definately no curry. Thanks for the help I may do the "google" thing...Thanks

How about Easy chicken Divan?

You cook 2 packages frozen broccoli spears and lay them in a 13 by 9 by 2 inch dish with the florets towards the outside of the pan. Then layer 3 cups cooked cooked chicken down the center over the broccoli. Then mix together 1 can of cream of chicken soup mixed with 1 can of cheddar cheese soup, 2 tsp lemon juice and 1 cup of mayonnaise. Spread this mixture over the chicken, Top with 1/2 cup fresh buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes till the crumbs are browned and the casserole is bubbly

You can also use fresh broccoli if you prefer. Just cook it until crisp tender.
