Counting the days

till Tues!

It's that time of year again. DH takes off the month of March most years (he has to use any leftover vacay time from the previous year by March 31 or lose it). Sometimes it even stretches back into Feb, but we'd used a good bit of his time off this past year, what with one thing or another. He's only got to work 1 more day, and I'll have him for the month!

I love having him home--we have a lot of 'stuff' scheduled (drs. appts, arranging for a headstone for my aunt, etc). And we'll take advantage of the time off to hit some of our favorite restaurants for lunch. But we do plan to get the house in the suburbs in order so we can finally list it to sell.

So I was wondering--do you love when your spouse can stay home for extended periods? or do you see it as them being 'under foot'. Personally, even after 38 years together, I still love spending every minute I can with that great guy I married. We never seem to run out of stuff to talk about, never get tired of each other, can't remember the last time we disagreed seriously over anything.
