Victorian owners: what color did you paint your interior trim?

Hello all - I'm trying to narrow down interior paint colors for an 1886 townhouse. I want to paint the trim a nice creamy white that's consistent throughout the house (except for the trim that we actually strip someday - ha!). Any recommendations? In our last home, which was an 1870's co-op, we used Benjamin Moore's Bavarian Cream on the trim, which was ultimately a bit too dirty and yellow-y. I'm leaning towards BM Mountain Peak White or Cotton Balls this time around. Just wondered if anyone else wanted to share their choices.
