Anyone here use Living Social deals? Well not today! LOL

But I do use both LS and Groupon probably too much. I have now made a chart so I can keep tabs on my coupon purchases before they expire. I have purchased mostly restaurants, also a few salons and activities for the kids.

Not regularly, but I've used restaurant.com with good results. I did buy one thing from Living Social, a restaurant deal. Unfortunately the place was in a bad part of Grand Rapids, the food was lousy, service was worse. they'd actually gotten OK reviews on Yelp, so I was surprised it was that bad. Fortunately, I didn't pay full price, so that was the good thing!

Most of the "deals" are at least 50 miles away from me, so I might use it more, if I were within a reasonable proximity. For instance, the closest Whole Foods is 4 hours away so that deal wouldn't be such a deal, LOL.

I just bought the Whole Foods deal, at least I think I did. After I entered my info, I clicked on Purchase, it then said Purchase Pending and stopped there. So, maybe I will get an email with the voucher? Who knows.

I purchased one Groupon and haven't used it yet but I will. My son buys them often, He even bought a Groupon for hair removal (lasering). We'll see how that goes!

We lost the contents of our refrigerator/freezer & stand-alone freezer in the garage during Irene so we're starting from scratch. That $10 coupon is a real help!

I got a groupon for Milford spice company a few months ago ... $10 for $25 worth of spices. That was a good one. And I could use it online.

I purchased one hour of a cooking class from LS. I haven't used it yet and only have until October to get it scheduled so I need to get on it.

I wish i would have recieved something from Groupon for the Milford spice company. That would have been a great deal for me.

I use LivingSocial. So far: one restaurant (good, not great); a cheesemaker tour (superb); a B&B in Napa, CA - great deal, I just made the reservation for November; and I have given one wine-tasting certificate as a birthday gift, which was well received. I like how easy LS makes it to give a purchase as a gift at any time.

I have two coupons I haven't used yet, a chiropractor and a massage.

Our local paper had a deal on SF Bay tours, not the usual Blue & Gold fleet, so I bought that specifically as a gift for some friends' wedding anniversary.

I still haven't gotten confirmation of my Whole Foods deal. Has anyone else?

I bought it. When I went to buy it, late in the day, there were already close to a million sold. Amazing.

Best way to confirm is to just log into living social and click the "my vouchers" link. It will be there if you've bought it. That's all the email does anyway, is direct you to that link.

I would have bought a few but the limit was ONE.

Phooey! I forgot about the Whole Foods deal; would have used it to replenish my supply of Nana's Cocina yellow tortilla chips.

When I bought the Amazon deal, it took a few days for it come through for me and my co-workers.
