For some more prayers for DS.Last week his shoulder started hurting really bad.He couldn't even raise his left arm because of the pain.He thought he had just pulled a muscle or something lifting one of the kids.Friday he started feeling bad with joint aches and he stayed in bed all day yesterday and threw up a couple of times.He thought he had a stomach virus.He hasn't eaten anything since Friday and he said today that it feels like his shoulder is broken.He has a doctor's appointment at 2 today.Hopefully this is just some kind of side effects from all the chemo but I'm thinking that would have already passed since it's been 2 weeks since his last treatment. On top of everything else DDIL hurt her back yesterday and can hardly get around.She had to take Rowdy to the Endocrinoligist today for his checkup and was barely getting around.Pray for her too.

Yes, I did hit the little arrows. My system was just upgraded and I have approx. 80% hard drive free. I just wanted to know what happened to Nov, and October, No trouble on Computer, just looking for a little icon that popped up on screen about I think it was about Nero, where you could just drag and drop to burn a CD or what ever you wanted to do, without opening the whole program. It was on the screen, but is gone now, just wanted to see if it popped up after a restore to another date. Hope someone can answer the question I first posted. trisha

Ohhhhh divided responses!! Let me see if I can dig up some old photos where I had drapes on the windows & a "faux" roman shade on the doors. I was kinda ~so so ~ on it. I just love the look of woven romans & panels so much. Wish I didn't have that wonky FP!! Val, I am looking at samples now for a rug. Maybe I should do a rug first. I have to have it custom made 8x14 is what I'm figuring. Thanks a lot :) Smiles:)

there is a newly built house near my neighborhood- traditional though and 3 hours from the beach :( but it has the starfish in each window and I have been admiring them. I am thinking of doing it too not sure if I can pull it off. The house is so new I think they are still working on the inside and there are no WTs up yet. sorry no pics.

Ohhhh, I can relate! I had the same type of problem three weeks ago, lilliepad, it was my right arm. My cancer inhibitor drug says it can affect joints and the oncologist had told me if it ever got really bad, to quit taking for a week and then start up again.

When it hit, I wasn't sure if it was something I'd done to strain the arm, or if it was the meds. I bound my arm still for three days, which helped tremendously, and I also quit taking my pill for five days. All pain went away.

Now that I'm back on my meds, I'm getting twinges in that arm from time-to-time. I see the oncologist again in April, and we will discuss this. (at $175 an office visit, I don't go any more often than I have to!)

I hope a simple meds change will take care of your son's problem. It really was excruciating.
