Nothing and I know this sounds weird, but I wish my bootie was hurting from horseback riding. Haven't been in sooooo many years and want to go very badly. I know my butt would hurt if I did.

My bad lung. It is really REALLY (-3° WC=-10°) cold here and going in and out of the weather temps is Very hard for me. Even keeping my mouth and nose always covered. Oh well...I KNOW it could be much worse!

I think I need to get me some of those gin soaked raisins that Carol is talking about...I bet they would make EVERYTHING feel better! LOL (Tell me something tho...Isn't it gin tho that tastes like pine needles?? Do the raisins then???)

My back, my neck and shoulders and my jaw (TMJ). I think it's all stress related. I flew yesterday to San Juan (5 hours) and back (5 hours). We were delayed 3 hours with passengers on board so our day started at 6:30am and ended at 8:30pm. We don't get any food for the crew and no rest breaks at all. I got home at 10:00pm and now I am sick. I have to do it again tomorrow.

My guts aren't back to normal after my recent bout with diverticulitis, but it's nothing to complain about. Since I know what really bad pain is like I can take a little discomfort!

Jealous of those who are sore from weeding their flower gardens! Minus three degrees here in Wisconsin. Not only are my flower beds frozen stiff, they are buried under a foot and a half of snow.

Like Clubm, I have spinal stenosis and I have similar pains Lower back, upper legs, can't walk or stand much because that makes it worse.

Right now I'm recovering from surgery that is hoped will help the stenosis. Too early to tell if it's going to work. While I'm recovering, I can't bend my back at all, lift almost anything or twist or turn.

Whether it works on me or not, it may be something for you to check out Clubm. My stenosis was getting worse, and I tried all of the usual treatments. This surgery is minor compared to the usual stenosis surgeries. One of my doctor's patients is back running marathons. It's called X-stop, it's been done in the US for about 2 years. It's unlike the usual operations with rods, screws and monkeying around near your spinal cord. The X-stop is a metal spacer, and it's nowhere near your spinal cord. Not all surgeons are doing it

The toes on my left foot....maybe broken. I wish I weren't such a klutz.

Not much right now because I am sitting down. My ear lobes hurt a little. I just put on some earrings for the first time in weeks.

When I walk, my right knee hurts, but not horribly. My right leg is considerably shorter than my left leg. At night, my knee hurts pretty bad if I have been on my feet all day.

I'm freezing cold and my feet hurt. I've got cramps in both feet.

I've got a truck load of the gin soaked raisins. They might would help with the arthritis in my back and neck IF I could remember to eat the silly things. I don't mind the taste at all. It sort of bites your tongue and opens your sinuses like Chinese mustard does. LOL Oh, I also have some raisins that are soaked in 100 proof Canadian Club. I highly recommend them. LOL

I forgot to say, yes, the golden raisins are the ones that are recommended.

I do chew them sometimes....can't taste the gin and it used to be my favorite beverage. Even DH, who hates gin says they taste like raisins.
We usually take nine a day......good luck if you try it with other alcohol besides gin. I know it works for me.

Arthritis everywhere. My aunt has been trying to get me to try the gin soaked raisins- after the testimonials here I may just try it.

I broke my pelvis in four places in December, and my doctor said I can finally start walking without crutches for short distances around the house, like from the couch to the bathroom. Of course I took this to mean that I could walk crutchless all around the mall today. Guess what hurts. LOL It's what I get for being disobedient.

My head,my back,my ankles....I've been sick in bed ALL day! Had a horrible headache and every time I got up,I froze! Larry kept telling me it wasn't cold in here but I was absolutely frozen! Last time I woke up,I was soaked...so fever must have broken.I'm not cold now!

Right now just one knee hurts. That's a big improvement!

Well finally getting over menstral cramps since Tuesday. My lower back is just about shot. Carrying 2 25 pound kids one in a baby carrier is heck on the back. Add to that my pelvis is tilted back and to the right so puts my hips, knees and ankles all out of wack, and I am only 32 so can only imagine what it will be like in 20 years....

I was bending over a lot yesterday trying to clean my car without actually washing. My back really hurts today. Guess I'm getting too old to bend a lot a certain way.

I had to take a king size tempurpedic mattress ( all foam )off the bed Saturday, then remove the foot board, then replace the old frame with one made for a bed without a footboard. I had to buy an adapter because I still have the headboard. Fitting that onto the headboard was like wrestling an alligator. It lacked a fraction of an inch fitting easily and neither the frame nor the headboard would give. I finally got it done and got that heavy mattress back on the bed, but right now my everything hurts. Yesterday I took the footboard apart and took it to Goodwill to see if they even wanted it. They took it. It had been chewed on by Luther. I took Advil for breakfast yesterday and today to help me make it through the day. This afternoon I need to go move the bluebird house and put some more fence up to keep the dogs out of the flower beds. I had wanted to wait a couple of days, but the temps are going to be in the 50s today then start dropping fast this evening and stay cold for a few days.

Pretty much everything tonight! I spent the morning putting together a TV console...was mostly on my knees getting leverage to twist the cams in and reaching for the next part...so now have aching knees, wrists, thumbs, lower back.

My foot hurts. I never had any foot problems before, but this winter, my right foot is tender, akin to gout. Maybe I should stop shoveling snow (LOL).

As I scrolled down and heard the litany, from one person to another, it almost seemed as thought the whole population of KT is in pain ... except one who reported none.

I have none to report, as well. And am exceedingly thankful for that.

How little we appreciate our good health while we continue to experience it ... does one use the term "enjoy" when the person at issue isn't really giving his/her good fortune a thought?

Nothing hurts right now. When I do hurt (barring illness) it is usually shoulder pain.I need to work on strengthening those muscles around my scapula more often.

My knee that I broke is hurting because I am not walking like I used to because of the weather. I broke it slipping on ice and am not about to do that again just to get exercise. Going up and down the basement stairs to do laundry just about did me in because of the knee pain. I have swollen glands under my arms right now too that are a litte painful.

Lydia, I know about that ovary pain and I am 51! I guess I will take it because all my friends are going through Menopause and are suffering more than I am. LOL

Carol, let me tell you a little story about what happens when you swallow those raisins whole. LOLOL
When my little niece Jennifer (now 34) was a toddler she ate some raisins. I had her on the change table the next day changing her diaper and she passed a little gas and out came a really plump looking golden grape. I was kind of shocked because she hadn't eaten any grapes then I remembered the bowl or raisins. LOL That little tiny raisin rehydrated itelf and came out as a grape. LOL I make sure I alway chew my raisins now. Poor Jenny will never live that story down.

Im not feeling well today.wed during dialysis the dr lowered my dry weight.Thats the weight before going on machine.Im getting close now to go on the list for transplant.My blood pressure dropped to 80/55 normally 140/80.I felt soo bad,soo tired.So I went to bed thinking Id feel better next day,not... same thing.So I went back yesterday and again its 92/65 still too low.I feel like a zombie.I feel like H%ll

My hips are where I currently have pain, I can't sleep on either of my sides at night, it is a dull ache, sometimes very intense. The doctor wants to inject me with lidocaine and a steroid, but I am afraid to have that intense of a treatment done. He says I have bursititis on the trochanter on both hip joints. At present I have to take a pain med to be able to get a few hours rest at night. Any one ever had this problem? This is not good for a gardner to be diagnosed with. Thanks

Moonflower, I have a question about your pain when sleeping. I have both back and hip arthritis, but it's the back that's more severe. When the pain radiates out of my back, I'm not sure how much is caused by the back, and how much by the hips.

I can't sleep in a bed at all. Lying flat hurts my back. When I lie on my sides, the top of my thighs hurt.

Moonflower, where do you hurt when you lie on your sides?
Luckily, I'm pretty comfortable sleeping in a recliner.

Sleeping had become a real problem for me at times. Back and hips. I have some hip pain when being in a reclined state moonflower. I keep thinking it's coming from my collapsed L5 lumbar disc. Although, it could be my hips. I think you should try the injections. It may help you more that you think.

Summer, when you say you have hip pain, do you mean pain over the hip bone that projects on one's front side?

I have L4-L5, L3-L4, L5-S1 and hip arthritis. I'm trying to figure out the likely source of most of my pain?

It's really more the joint Lynne, on the side where the leg bone is connected to the hip bone. Look out, I may start singing. LOL I just know I never had it until a chiropractor forcefully twisted my lower back, collapsed my L5 S1 and left me in a lot of pain. I've hurt from my waist and beyond since then. I'm better, but not back to where I was by any means. I doubt I ever will be.

I too hope all of you folks are finding some relief from your aches and pains.
