You better have no food in your mouth to save the computer screen. :)

We never get MAD, but we DO get even.....

BEWARE OF THAT UNDERWEAR DUST!!!!!!!!!

One evening a husband, thinking he was being funny, said to his wife, 'Perhaps we should start washing your clothes in 'Slim Fast'.

Maybe it would take a few inches off of your butt!'

His wife was not amused, and decided that she simply couldn't let such a comment go unrewarded.

The next morning the husband took a pair of underwear out of his drawer. 'What the heck is this?' he said to himself as a little 'dust' cloud appeared when he shook them out..

'April', he hollered into the bathroom, 'Why did you put

talcum powder in my underwear?'

She replied with a snicker. 'It's not talcum powder; it's 'Miracle Grow'!!!!! !

You guys just never learn, do not tick off the little woman.

They bloom on last year's growth, so one has to kind of watch lopping off too much if you want it to flower. I used to think it bloomed "on old wood", until I actually looked the info up yesterday. I usually end up pruning mine back every other year (not down to the ground tho, it's way too high even if I wanted to do that,which I don't) and have discovered that it doesn't like to have the ends of it's branches simply trimmed off - much of the branch will die back if you do that.

dickiefickle, If we had a problem with tomato/tobacco hornworms, I would welcome braconid wasps to my garden! Some of them even parasitize aphids. They cause no harm to humans, pets, structures, possessions or crops. The propagation of braconid wasps and other beneficial insects is why we should avoid using insecticides if they aren't necessary. Wide spread "preventative" spraying is never a good idea. OK, here's a possibility. Go to the local sign or photocopy shop and have them print, in big, bold, plain(for stupids) writing, "There is a hidden surveillance camera" or omit the surv part if you live in an area with real, real stupids, "which is recording every move(ment)"!!!!OMG, my stomach really hurts. "So, if you belong here, stay and do your duty"(!!!!ha, nah, don't say doody, unless you think it clearly applies to your locale. "Joggers, go at home or go ahead 1/4 mile, but not here"(I'm a mom of a marathoner, but a considerate marathoner) or, "If you can't hold it, go home! This ain't your home!" Plaster these signs INSIDE and outside the porta.. OOOOH, I have a great idea. Instead of 'violaters will be prosecuted... something like, violaters will be given a free, disposable, mop, plastic gloves, strong trash bags and YOU will be responsible for cleaning up your mess. Who defines what is a 'mess'? Your co-workers. If they don't think it's a mess, then they can help you clean it up. If the consensus agrees that it IS a mess, then the consensus (colleagues) can video your clean up activities!!!!This is so much fun! Pecanpie, I spit out my champagne(cheap 9.5% low carb) while reading your post! It was downhill from there......Breathing is difficult. This is a 'save for posterity'(don't go there) thread. Time capsule worthy. Love it Bev I will breathe normally soon. Ok, I can't resist. We have a beach cottage where, (I wish I had written this line...no, I'm not a snob, but) the handymen have more tattoos(sp) than teeth.

That reminds me of a nasty trick that my brother pulled..

He and his wife had been fussing for months and were on the verge of a divorce. She was a nurse and he was a truck driver so one day while she had to go to work, he was sitting home waiting for his dispatcher to call about a load.

Being a bit hateful, when she left for work he set up wifes sewing machine and ran a seam across the top of all her underwear, then carefully folded them and put them back in the drawer.

The next morning DW got out of the shower and started dressing for work, tried to put on some underwear and discovered they were all stitched shut.....

What the he## is this, she demanded?

Brother says.."I'f i can't get in them, nobody does!"

She thought a moment then burst out in laughter,,,She laughed so hard she called work and told them she couldn't come in for the day, she stayed home with hubby and they settled their differences and have been happily married for 20 yrs, and to this day they still laugh about that incident.

I told that joke to Harry and he got a good laugh out of it. But about 5 minutes later I heard him laugh and mumble "Miracle Gro". LOL! He doesn't really laugh at jokes a lot.
