cjett, Just went down this route 3 weeks ago. Wanted the 20hp (B&S Intek) local dealer did not have one and would have to wait until next year. He had two Kohler engine units in crates. I bit the bullet and went with the Kohler. Very happy with the mower cut is really nice. With the 20 hp unit you get and hour meter and 12v dc outlet which are options on the 18hp Kohler model. I went with the mulching kit over the bags and am happy I did. Clobbers less of the garage. Very Respectfully, Jeff

Not sure, but I think I had read that they have developed a mechanical chile picker.... but that would put a lot of pickers out of jobs/work! Not sure either how the farms decide how much of the chile crop they let ripen to red either in the Fall. I want to visit the New Mexico Chile Institute in Las Cruces, NM some day; most of the chile testing/experimenting is done there & Hubby bought a lot of his seed from them before he began harvesting his own in the Fall to plant in the Spring. Happy to now know the name of his yellow jal that 'visited' his chile patch!!! Thanks, everyone!

First, we did not have tv for many years ... by choice. I'm the one hold out in the family now who does not watch. So your room is a "hub" in a different way than most family rooms / dens. Arcy just put a finger on it. The game table may be the real heart of this room. No set of 5 kids is just going to sit together on the couches with no mood altering screen to suck away their brain waves ... One or two might be reading. One may find he/she does schoolwork better in the hubbub of the family. Or all of you may want to gather for a game night, preferably around an adequate table(?). The question is where to put the game table?
