Question for Canners

I'm a canner, but I'm not sure about the answer to this question. If you put something in a pint jar from the garden, say something acidic like tomatoes and you added salt and one teaspoon of vinegar and water which had been boiled and placed it directly in the refrigerator and kept it there how long to do you think it would keep?
