Second opinion for sure. Sometimes mammograms don't pick up everything - not to scare you but just a general comment that for peace of mind, certainly get that second opinion. There are no other breast symptoms? - discoloration, skin changes, any prominent veins that were not there before, or discharge?

As hard as it its, try and let most of the household chores go for now and eat frozen or take-out food if you can. And let the kids and your dh help you as much as they can! I was online looking for alternative to Estroven as it no longer works for me after 2-3 months and found this forum, someone had commented on breast soreness, thought I would post as thats the only thing I've been able to relieve of my many many symptoms. Two or three years ago I read that Tincture of Iodine will work on sore breasts (now they have non-staining kind at just about any drugstore) you apply abit in about the size of a quarter to breast and it works, couldn't believe it was so fast too, I don't use all the time as I don't know what too much iodine will do but when its bad, its my go to cure. Well, at the moment, the problem has resolved. After a few days of extreme breast soreness, the soreness started to lessen, and on Sunday I got another 'fake period' (no bleeding) with cramps, and everything went back to normal. I feel a lot better. However, it should be noted that the two 'fake periods' were only 3 weeks apart, and if I have to go through this every 3 weeks, I am going to be a crazy person. But, I am glad the soreness lasted only 1 week this time.
