Care to join my experiment?

(I started this over on Appliances but there's more traffic here...)

So as some of you know I'm still testing out my new induction range (Kenmore Elite slide-in), cookware, etc. I have tested three pans so far and the results just don't seem right.

10" base pans. Cold burner, nothing else on. Used the largest burner. Time starts when burner is turned on. Pans filled with 2 coffee cups (1 1/3 cups) fresh filtered/purified water. Burner on Power Boost.

Cast iron (Lodge): slightly under 1 minute to bottom nearly covered in small bubbles, 1 minute 30 seconds to full boil

Stainless steel skillet with copper core (Kirkland): around 1 minute to bubbles, 1 minute 50 seconds to full boil

metal stock pot of unknown make/metal (rather thin - Goodwill find): Bubbles in 45+ seconds, Full boil in 1 minute 30 seconds.

What do you get? What's your cook top?
