Yes, you heard correctly -- Omarosa did call Trace "son" more than once. She was calling Piers "son" last week, too. I think she does it as a way of showing her (in her mind only) superiority over them.

I wanted SO much for Omarosa to be fired. She contributed NOTHING to the task this week (not that she ever does).

I almost barfed at the beginning of the show when Omarosa was talking into the camera about how much Donald Trump likes her...

Trace Adkins uses the term 'son' a lot too but I don't find it offensive coming out of his mouth. I think he can pull it off because, well, he has worked hard and accomplished something with his life. O, on the other hand, is just a parasite on society's behind, sucking for all she's worth, going from host to host ......

I am mad at myself for getting so involved with this show, because it has become appearant (to me) that the show is to a large degree scripted. I think O is being kept around for ratings. That said, I am still enjoying it and look forward to it every thursday. MaryLou showed what a classy lady she is. I wonder what O's final words will be when (and if) she is fired. Trace, too, is showing he has a lot of class. I'n not impressed with Lennox. He doesn't seem to do anything on any of the projects, but still is there because trump likes him. As he has said many times. Tito doesn't stnad out as a leader of any kind either. Oh well, we'll see what happens next week. Dottie

Marilu is a classy lady. She is good at what she does, but The Apprentice just isn't her thing.

I think O is about at the end of her rope. She'll get hung next time her team loses. Lennox is going to be out of there soon too.

Next week looks interesting with that provacative commercial. Tito might be good at that task since his girlfriend Jenna Jameson is an adult film star.

Does anybody else wonder if Jenna's profession bothers Tito? I would think it would bother him a lot, but it doesn't appear that way.

I would just LOVE for O to get knocked down a couple notches! And wipe that smirk off her ugly face!

I'm trying to rationalize how it could be scripted. Each team wants to win, so it seems they would want the least helpful person to go. So are they being told by Trump who is to go and who stays? Surely that would have come out by now after so many shows. Somebody would be glad to rat on Trump, don't you think? Or do they sign an agreement to not talk about the show, FOREVER?

I think it is scripted (Maybe thas the wrong word) because some of the things that go on look fishy or set up. That "spy" thing with Vinnie looked very phony to me. Thats jost my opinion. I don't really believe a show like this is left all to chance. Dottie

I have not watched this show since O was on. I quit watching it then just becuase of her. She's on for ratings, pure and simple.

I don't think it's "scripted" in that the celebrities' words are written for them, but I DO think that Donald Trump made a decision long before the whole thing got started that he would not fire Omarosa unless and until he absolutely HAD to, because she's good for ratings.

That's why I was desperately hoping that Trace's team would have lost this week, because Omarosa did NOTHING for that task. Billy Baldwin was the PM and director, Tito was taking care of whatever you call that thing that tracks sales during the on-air time, and Trace was the on-air personality. Omarosa did NOTHING but strut around flaunting her bought-and-paid-for boobs.

I agree, Lindsey. I just wish Trace would get to be the pm and could win some $$ for his charity. Course, if he goes, I don't think I'll continue to watch.

I agree; Omarosa is there for the ratings and so is Piers, although Piers does have good business instincts and leadership abilities. He's abrasive and mean but he can back it up. Omarosa's claim to fame is being a trouble maker.
I'm waiting for the episode when she pisses Trace Adkins off.
He's such a gentlemen but I'm sure he'll tell her to go to hell in such a way she will look forward to the trip.

Omarosa is mimicking Trace by calling everybody son and it turns my stomach. 'Son' is a very rural, live-in-the-sticks kind of venacular and O just can't pull it off.

In the cab she said she'd had a blast being on Apprentice and felt she played the game with passion and integrity.

The Apprentice winner Bill Rancic is a co-host on In The Loop with iVillage He left Trump to pursue other interests, including TV and motivational speaking.

Anybody remember him? Was he the winner on the first show?

Yes, Bill Rancic was the winner of the very first season of The Apprentice, and signed a contract to work for the Trump organization for one year at a salary of $250,000. Apparently, he did a good job, and Trump kept him on after the year was up (presumably with a raise in pay).

I don't think there is anyone as low as O, I just can not believe Trump put her back on after she lied in the first show. I truly detest the sight of her and she pulled all the strings on Piers a couple of weeks ago and she should have been thrown off the show, she went too far.

Trump put Omarosa on the show for one reason, and one reason only -- ratings.

Each season of The Apprentice had gone steadily downhill in ratings, and ratings were in the gutter for the season that took place in Los Angeles. NBC had canceled the show. The ONLY reason it was brought back is because it's a celebrity version and viewers always like seeing celebs "in real life;" that is, not acting a role.

So, NBC agreed to give the show another shot, but Trump knew that it could be totally yanked mid-season, just as that "Pirate Treasure" show had been. So, to ensure that folks would watch, Trump brought back Omarosa because he knows the public hates her and would tune in for no other reason than to see her get her "come upins." And we keep tuning in because she's still there and we want so desperately to see her get gobsmacked into a mudpuddle.

This will probably be the last time this show is on. I don't know who annoys me more, Omarosa or Trump.
