radiant + domestic hot water heat sources

I am expanding a 978 square foot house to a total of 2100 square feet. I currently have a Takagi T-K1S tankless water heater. I would like to add hydronic radiant.

The contractors I've spoken with have recommended the Baxi Luna combination boiler (instant water heater and radiant in one box) or the Munchkin (contender or elite) boiler with an indirect tank.

Is there a reason why one wouldn't use the takagi for hot water and, say, the munchkin for the radiant system? And forget the indirect tank? I have space constraints that make me hesitant to bring a tank into the picture.

The Baxi product tops out at 3 GPM, whereas my Takagi can do up to 7 GPM. That seems like a serious setback.

Also, while the munchkin seems well regarded, my poking around on the internet suggests that the Baxi aftersales experience is not that great -- parts issues, among other things.
