The one I have does not give the high heat latch. It only has the high cool latch. Is there anyway I can get the updated software? Comments (2)Hi Lucas, I have the Infinity and live in Tidewater Va also. Mine works fine. I use all the default settings and in Auto. I can't tell when the heat strips cut in unless I look at the control. I would think the gas option would be similar. It's been down to 25 degrees here some nights....See Moredoral_gw
