Heat Pump heat/cold air temp output?

I have a old 1977 Lennox Heat Pump original with the house. I bought the house in 1999 and have maybe used the heatpump 2-3 a year in both AC and Heat mode.

Since it is the summer and hot I have finally turned on the heat pump in AC mode now. It is currently 82F outside, 82F inside. The heat pump in AC mode is putting out air at 68F at the nearest register. A 14F delta. Is this normal? good/bad?

While we are on the subject let's talk about the winter time when the heat pump is in heat mode. When it is about 64F outside and in Heat mode the heat pump put out about 96F at the nearest register without the heatstrips running. For a 32F delta. Is this normal? good/bad?

thanks
