Been making the bread and pie for over 30 years. It's a Southern Living recipes. Funny on the cantaloupe bread. I made three loaves of it for my Mexican train group, as a prize to the winner. THen I brought out two more for the other two. I used smaller pans to make 3 loaves. One gal, I had them wrapped in seran wrap, and she unwrapped and began eating like an ice cream cone. SO funny! Called her later than nite, and she had finished the whole thing before she went to bed. One cantaloupe, will usually make 4 cups, so I always have some puree frozen..
