Saying good night

When the check arrives

When arriving to pick up/meet at the location. If a car is used, it's getting into the car (who opens the door for whom and when?)

Maybe when the cell phone rings?

I haven't a clue.

What first words to choose.

Ordering/eating food

Having to use the restroom
To embrace or not upon meeting face to face when the date picks you up

whether or not to hold hands

Let the fart rip or save it.
