Oh..I think I may have had a few that were white, sometimes the pink in the middle is VERY faint and other times quite vivid. I hope everyone who has it loves it as much as I do, and doesn't get the shredded fingers I get because I'm too lazy to look for my gloves when pruning!!

Plaidthumb - I've tried the latex and they break easily from the stress of digging, etc. I do have short nails, but sometimes the dirt gets so compacted under my nails, it is difficult to remove, and I end up washing and cleaning my nails several times a day, and it eventually causes quite a bit of irritation, such that it is difficult to use the keyboard at work the next day. I like the idea of the Mudd or the Wells Lamont grips with the straps; I'll try those, and I really like the vaseline idea. I have tons of that around the house. Thanks to all for your fine suggestions! I am supposed to be very careful about getting dirt in my nails, and scratches, etc. on my mastectomy arm. I do love to just feel the dirt, but I am trying to be more cautious, since I don't want a case of lymphedema. Susan

I have made several pair of "Hooray For Me Gloves" by Marnie Maclean. The pattern is for short-fingered gloves, but it is the best fitting glove for me, so if I want full fingers, I just make them the length I need them to be (actually a few rows less and then a couple of rows of decreases). My fingers never fit a regular glove pattern anyway - I'm deformed, LOL. My little finger barely passes the lower joint of my ring finger. It is a very east free pattern. Hooray For Me!

Avedon: That Sundown Ripples may not have a color that is my favorite, but the pattern combined with the color make it really stand out......Celeste: Every time I see Cat Dancer I wish I had more room. It's always appealing to me....Nan: I'd take any or all of your top 3 in a heartbeat. Really nice ones........Debra: That is some pattern on Bow Tie Affair. Stands out for sure. My favorite pattern though is on Stenciled Infusion. The ring color matching the edge color is just so neat...........Maryl
