Don't mean to hijack ;) but in my research, I think that if the granite is fabricated by hand, then a square corner (with one slab) is possible, but if using a machine (a C to C machine, I think it is called, a very expensive machine that the fabricator just types in the templating numbers and it does the fabrication and edge polishing, I believe) then the machine can make a radiused corner for sure, but I don't know if it can make a square corner or not.
My guess is that hoffman's kitchen counter corner was done "by hand." I hope he can clarify!

My inside corner is pretty square (I'll have to take a closer look when I get home). The counters have an eased edge and I would say the corner is eased about as much as the counter edges. The corner is all one L-shaped slab (the only seam is behind the sink).

My counters are soapstone, not granite. They were fabricated by M. Teix in NJ. The templates were made by hand with exacto knives and big pieces of foam core (no computer involved), so I would imagine the counters were fabricated by laying the templates on top of the soapstone slab and cutting around them by hand. Our house is old so none of the walls are straight -- some of the soapstone slabs looked noticeably crooked before they were installed but then they fit perfectly.

Here is a picture of the corner slab before it was installed to give you a better look:

I took a closer look and while it's not a sharp 90 degree angle, I would never call it a "radiused" corner. As I said above, it's about as curved as the eased edges.
